Carolina Beach annual parking passes go on sale in January each year. All parking pass purchases require the buyer to provide a current vehicle registration for each permit purchased as well as proof of residency or property ownership within the town limits of Carolina and/or Kure Beach.

ANNUAL DIGITAL PARKING PASSES: can be purchased by permanent Carolina Beach residents, Kure Beach residents, and property/business owners in both locations. 

• If purchasing in person, an application must be filled out and signed to obtain parking pass and/or re-entry decal. CLICK HERE for application or pick one up at Town Hall or parking office.
• You can also purchase your parking pass online at https://cbparking.cmrpay.com/dashboard/landing
• Proof of ownership or residence is required (ex: NHC tax bill, lease copy, recent utility bill copy, etc. showing a Carolina/Kure Beach address).
• Annual parking permits are valid in all on-street parking spaces as well as many town-operated parking lots.
• Vehicles that have an annual parking pass can use the time restricted parking spaces; however, the permit does not allow any special privileges with regard to the time restrictions per space per block.
