New Construction

Applications for new construction are reviewed by multiple departments to ensure all applicable town codes and building standards are met. The following outlines the required submission items for new construction:

Single-Family, Two-Family, Townhouses

 Commercial Uses

 

All applications should be completely filled out and signed, and should be submitted together with all attachments. Permit applications will not be processed until all materials have been completed and submitted. In some cases, additional information may be requested in order to review and approve applications. Applicants will be notified in these instances and their application placed on hold until the requested information is provided.
