Town Hall Closed to Public
In an effort to protect the health of residents and employees, Town Hall will close to the public until further notice effective Thursday, March 19, 2020, 12:00 noon. Offices will still be staffed during normal business hours to provide services to the public via telephone.

NON-PAYMENT CUTOFFS SUSPENDED
During the Governer's declared state of emergency, the Town of Carolina Beach will not conduct any customer disconnects due to non-payment of utility bills.

Carolina Beach Parking Changes Effective April 1st
Effective April 1, 2020, parking rates and regulations for both residents and non-residents will change.
