On May 13, 2014, the Assessment Roll for the improvement of Wilmington Beach Streets was confirmed by the Town Council. The amount due is based on the size of the lot.

Property owners may pay the assessment in full or elect to pay in 7 equal installments, for the next 7 years, bearing the interest at the rate of 6% per annum, or .5% per month. The equal annual installment must be paid by August 3rd of each year until the assessment is paid in full. You may pay the installment all at one time or send payments in throughout the year.
