The Town of Carolina Beach recognizes the following Holidays:

Thanksgiving (two days) - Traditionally Thanksgiving Day and the day following Thanksgiving

Christmas (three days) -  Traditionally Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and the day after Christmas

When any recognized Holiday falls on Saturday, Friday will be observed.  When the Holiday falls on a Sunday, Monday will be observed as the designated Holiday.
