The Carolina Beach Police Department is comprised of 32 full-time officers and 1 part-time officer along with a full-time Administrative Assistant and a full-time Records Specialist. All officers must complete 602 hours of Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET). A minimum of 24 hours of in-service training is required annually in addition to training throughout the year.
