The Town of Carolina Beach takes work place safety seriously.

No job is so important that it should be done without regard to the safety of the worker.

Safety is the responsibility of every employee.

All employees are covered under the required Workers Compensation insurance.

All employees are provided the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in order to perform their job safely.

Employees receive ongoing training with regard to safety.

Any employee experiencing an incident at work must report that incident to their immediate supervisor or Human Resources within 24 hours.
