CAROLINA BEACH MARKET VENDOR APPLICATION PROCESS
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for the 2024 Carolina Beach Market!  Please find below the market application and rules.  

How do I apply?
The first step in the process is for all vendors to submit the application. You may either submit the application via email or print and mail the application.  If submitting by email, please send it to farmersmarket@carolinabeach.org

CAROLINA BEACH MARKET VENDOR FEES AND PAYMENT
Full Season (Food and Agriculture only):  $200.00
Full Season Crafter: $250.00
Holiday Single Date (May 25th, July 6th, and August 31st):  $25.00 (this fee is if you are participating in holiday markets only)
Craft Single Day:  $20.00
Agricultural/Food Single Day:  $15.00

Please Note
-Vendors may not sublease their space.
-The market manager reserves the right to monitor vendors, booth spaces and the products sold to maintain quality and variety.
-No vehicles may be moved within the market area from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
-No live animals may be sold or given away at the market.
-The market does not offer exclusive rights to any one vendor to sell any one product.  However the Market reserves the right to limit entries as they see fit to avoid repetition or excessive duplicate products in a category.
