Ways to Pay your Bill:

 

  • Pay Online

    The Town of Carolina Beach provides customers a fast, easy, and safe way to conveniently pay bills online. Payments methods include: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Electronic Check – and Apple Pay and Google Pay.

     *Auto Pay Bank Draft (ACH)-free/no charge.

    *Charge for E-Check $2.50 per transaction.

    *Charge for Credit/Debit $4.50 per transaction; maximum of $400 payment per credit card transaction

  • Pay by Phone

    Pay by phone 24/7, even when the office is closed.  Use your landline or mobile device to make a secure payment using our automated system by calling: 844-963-3663  *There is a convenience fee of $5.90 to pay by phone.

  • Pay by Text

    On the go? Sign up to get text notifications about your bill and have the option to pay through text.

    You may enroll in Pay by Text when making an online payment or by accessing your account and selecting the Pay by Text option. A confirmation will be sent to complete your enrollment. Fees for using credit card, debit card, or e-check will apply.

  • Pay by Mail

    Payments can be mailed to us at 1121 N. Lake Park Blvd. Carolina Beach, NC 28428.  Please make checks payable to Town of Carolina Beach. Please include the payment stub from the bottom of your bill with your check.

  • Drop Box

    A white and blue box is located in the town hall driveway that leads to the Recreation Center. Please include the payment stub along with your check for payment. Payments must be in box by 2:00 pm to be credited the same business day

  • In Office

    We are able to take payment in our Billing Office at 1121 N. Lake Park Blvd. Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We accept cash, check, money orders, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

    More Convenient Features to Pay your Utility Bill:

  • AutoPay

    Even better – don’t worry about paying your bill at all!  Enroll in AutoPay.  Your bills will be automatically paid on the due date each billing cycle, using your default credit card or bank account. This will avoid any late fees and free you from having to remember when to pay.

    Login to your account and click on AutoPay to enroll.

  • Scheduling Payments

    You choose when to pay. Scheduled payments are individual payments that you schedule for any date you designate prior to the bill due date. The date of a scheduled payment can be changed as long as it is adjusted before the date scheduled.

  • Paperless

    Reduce paper clutter and the need to file or shred documents. Go paperless to receive bills, reminders, and receipts via email. You will receive an email notification each time a new bill is ready for you to view and pay.

  • Remind Me
    Need a reminder? Our Remind Me feature adds an alert to your calendar. You can also get email & text (optional) reminders.

To sign up for reminders, enroll in Paperless, or to schedule a payment, simply click on the Make a Payment button to get started. You may also access our payment portal


Returned Payment Policy-
please note that there is a $25.00 return payment fee that will be accessed if payments are returned for any reason. After two returned check/ACH payments, the customer will no longer be able to make payment in the form of a personal check or ACH payment. Payments would need to be made via cash, cashier check, or money order.


Unpaid Balance Due-If previous balance is not paid by the cutoff date stated on the bill, service will be disconnected and late charges will be applied. The entire account balance and a $50.00 re-connection fee must be paid before service is reinstated. An additional $50.00 will be charged for re-connection after normal business hours.
